Imsa has established, documented and implemented a quality system to work on continuous improvement and according to the international standard NTC ISO 9001:2000.  Its purpose is to assure our customers that Imsa has the capacity to manufacture and sell pneumatic industrial wheels for human driven trolleys.  We satisfy the customer needs and any legal requirement that applies.

The main goal of our company is increase the satisfaction our customers by applying the quality system and the continuous improvement.

Imsa received the ISO 9000 certification in Abril/05 for three years.
